Who doesn’t love throw pillows? The more the merrier, as I always say! These throw pillows came together in less than 5 minutes, and there is absolutely no sewing involved. Win win! I will say there is a bit of a technique to being able to fold and tie the fabric in a knot, but this craft is so flexible, you can adjust and retouch as you see fit. All you need is a foam pillow and some fabric! Pillows for days. It’s ok to do a happy dance. Check out the tutorial below!
– Fabric, at least 36”x48”
-12”x12” foam pillow
Lay fabric out flat, and place the pillow in the center
Cut about 4 inches of fabric on either side of the pillow, tapered to the left & right edges at a 30 degree angle. This will remove some of the bulk.
Fold the top down, and the bottom up to cover the pillow.
Tuck the edges in on the sides of the pillow.
Crunch the sides on the top later at the center, then tie a double knot with the ends of the fabric.
Tuck the ends underneath the flaps, leaving the knot in the center of the pillow.SKM: below-content placeholder
