Potential Drawbacks

-Recipe cards only include calorie information, unlike some other services which include more nutritional details.

-Some meals can feel more complex, with more prep work or more steps happening concurrently. Make sure to read the directions completely before you dive in.

-Meals are pricier than with other services.

-I only have two choices of delivery days in my area – Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The service focuses on organic, non-GMO produce sustainably sourced from farms they trust. The healthy recipes include paleo, gluten-free, and vegetarian options, as well as meal kits for breakfast lovers.

Meal Options

Each week’s menu includes eight choices (you choose three). There are always three vegetarian, four assorted meat or seafood, and one breakfast option. -All of the meals come with heaps of veggies, so choose another service if you’d rather focus on the meat.
