Grab a large, outdoor planter (or any tub, really), and fit a piece of wood about a quarter to halfway down. Then, pour a bunch of wine corks until it’s filled, and fit it with a plate of glass!
DIY Citronella Candles
Ah, nothing says, “summer,” like mosquitos, right? That’s where these citronella candles come in handy! Grab some stemless wineglasses from the store or from a thirft store, add a wick, melt some wax, and add a few drops of citronella essential oil. If you’re not a fan of the citronella smell, you can always add a few drops of lavendar to cover it.
Easy Hanging Lamp
Grab a large, plastic flower pot and spray paint it in your desired color. Then drill a hole in the bottom and add a chain and S hook, to secure in place. Finally, add a push-on, push-off light to the underside of the pot using velcro command strips for easy access to switch out tha batters.
