Clean Stinky Shoes

Via swoopwhoop

Are you embarrassed to take your shoes off at the end of the day? Whether it’s leather sandals, tennis shoes, dress shoes, or even flip-flops, sometimes the stink is strong. Or, maybe your family members are the ones with stinky feet. Either way, it’s always nice to have some options when it comes to eliminating foot odor. There’s nothing worse than coming home to the smell of sweaty feet! Gather your shoes (or the shoes in question) in a pile and start spraying them with a mix of rubbing alcohol and water. You can add a few drops of essential oils if you’d like a more refreshing smell.

Clean Jewelry

Via hometalk

This is a great, cost-effective way to gently clean just about any jewelry you might have! Whether it’s every day dirt and grime that gets into the pieces of jewelry you wear every day, or rust and dust build-up on the pieces that don’t get worn as often, this method works for just about anything! Start with a base of warm water and a few drops of your preferred dish soap. Then, add a cap full of rubbing alcohol. Drop the jewelry into the mixture and let sit for 5 minutes. Then, gently scrub the jewelry with a soft brush.
