7. Strategically Placed Art
Do you have an alarm, thermometor, or other “eyesore” that is distracting on an empty wall? Cover it up with some art! You’ll want to use something on a canvas so that the actual thing (alarm, thermometor, etc.) doesn’t get roughed up in the process. This is a great way to add a splash of color while also hiding something less than desirable for potential buyers.
8. Paint Unsightly Tiles
Do you have some less than desireable tiling in your bathroom, kitchen, or other location? You don’t have to spend the time and money to take out the old tile and install new tiles… just paint it! That’s right, you can clean up old tile in no time with a fresh coat of paint.
