This is such a cute idea! This would be a fun afternoon project to do with the kiddos, don’t you think? To get the “feathers,” simply take a bunch of yarn scraps cut to the same length and tie them onto a thin, flexible wire. As you add more yarn, push the ties up. Once the feather is sufficiently filled out, dip it in a mixture of mod podge and water. Set it out to dry, making sure to shape the yarn into a feather shape. Once it’s dry, you can hang it up!
