2. Apple Cider Vinegar Compress
There are so many health benefits of apple cider vinegar, I often wonder why it’s just been in the recent years where we start hearing more about it all of the amazing things it can do! To make this compress, all you need is 1/4 cup ACV and about 3 cups boiling water. Trap the steam with a towel and hold your face over the steaming bowl for about 5-10 minutes, careful not to get too close and burn your face with the steam. When you’re done, towel your face dry and drink a glass of cold water.
