Regardless of how long you may have been quilting, chances are you have either seen or heard of the Log Cabin Block. It is an absolute classic in the quilting community and quite honestly, also one of our favorites!

Needless to say we were thrilled to come across the following video tutorial from Kimberly at Fat Quarter Shop on how to make your own Log Cabin Block.

This classic block is beautiful, but we’ll be honest, it can definitely be a bit tricky, so we have included a link to a free pattern which you can find here.
