Whether you’re trying to eat low carb or just looking for a delicious and healthy snack to hold you over until dinner, we definitely recommend quickly throwing together these turkey and cheese rolls. Grab your favorite lunch meat and sliced cheese and you’re done.

Peanut Butter and Banana Bites

The peanut butter and banana combo has always been a favorite for me. Whether on toast Elvis-style, topping on my morning oatmeal or blending into a smoothie, you can’t go wrong, but even on their own, peanut butter and banana is the perfect snack. You can slice the banana and sandwich them with the peanut butter in between and eat as is, or even toss in the freezer for a few minutes for a cool treat.

Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries

Do you ever find yourself just wanting a quick bite of something sweet? For me, it’s late at night after dinner but when it’s still a bit too early for bed when my sweet tooth kicks into high gear. Instead of raiding the package of cookies hiding in the back of the pantry or eating ice cream straight of out the tub (guilty!), I’ll just pop a few frozen blueberries! Craving satisfied and waistline maintained.
