Cold & flu season is upon us. You know what that means: sick days, cough syrup, stuffy nose, sore throat, and a fever that just won’t quit. Before busting out the pills and syrups, try a few of these DIY acupressure points to reduce fever, swelling, pain, and bloating!

Acupressure is a natural way of treating your pain that’s similar to acupuncture but doesn’t require any needles. It’s a very effective and easy way to relieve pain ranging from headaches, bloating, nausea and sore throats. Next time you’re feeling under the weather, give these acupressure tricks a try!
