How To Block Crochet Pieces Like A Pro!

Why should you block your crochet pieces? I think the above photo says it all: nice neat lines, a cleaner look, everything keeps it’s shape – it’s basically botox for your blocks! All you need for this process is some water in a spray bottle, rust proof pins (the ones in the video are nickel plated), and a foam board, or another surface that is water proof and will hold pins. The whole process is really quite simple, but it helps to watch someone go through the process first! I didn’t know that when you block your crochet pieces, you can actually stretch them and make them fit a certain measurement! Within reason, of course. But still, that can come in handy for those large block projects!
