We all get stressed out from time to time. Whether it’s sitting in traffic, worrying about meeting deadlines at work, or kids running around the house, it can all be overwhelming at times! These amazing DIY stress reliever balls will be exactly what you need to manage those stressful moments.

Whenever you feel like you’re about to throw your computer out of the 11th-floor window, take a deep breath and squeeze the heck out of these stress relievers instead. (Trust me, these little guys have saved me multiple computers. And probably my job).

The kids will love them too! Throw one in their backpack and when they feel anxious or restless at school they can have a little something to fidget with until they calm down. Materials Needed:

– clear balloons

– jelly beads

– water

Directions:

1. Take 1/2 teaspoon of jelly beads (your choice of color), and place them into a bowl.

2. Add in 3/4 cup of water to the bowl and wait about 4 hours or until the beads have absorbed the water and swollen up.

3. Once the beads have swollen, start to transfer them into one of your clear balloons.

4. Once the balloon has been filled tie the top and there you have it, your very own DIY stress ball!
