Maybe you’ve just had an intense workout and your muscles are screaming! No matter why you’re sore, this diy muscle salve is here to save the day! With just a few ingredients from your pantry, some beeswax, and a strainer, you’ll have this home remedy in no time!

Mix 1/4 cup of olive oil with 1/4 cup of coconut oil in a double boiler. Add 1/4 teaspoon each of ginger, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Stir in a tablespoon of beeswax until melted. Remove from heat and strain. Then, just add a few drops of peppermint essential oil, and let this salve harden up!
