Lace Cluster Stitch

This is an easy lace stitch for anyone to learn!

Isn’t this lace cluster stitch just gorgeous? I’ve seen intricate crocheted lace patterns before, and I always thought they were too difficult for me to attempt. Not anymore! This lace cluster stitch is so easy to do. If you can double crochet and half double crochet, then you can totally make this stitch.

This is such a great intro into the lace crocheting. You can start out with thicker yarn like in the video below to get comfortable with the stitch at first. Then, gradually move down your yarn size as you practice the stitch.

You’ll start by chaining multiples of 6 until you reach the desired length. The repeating pattern is two double crochets, chain 2, double crochet into the same stitch. Then, skip two, and crochet a cluster stitch. Skip two, and repeat. You’ll get the hang of it when you see it in the super helpful tutorial video below!

What are you waiting for? Go ahead and learn your new favorite crochet stitch today. As always, happy crocheting, friends!
