Succulent Wreath

Wow! I love this stunning succulent wreath! The video shows a quick tutorial on assembling this gorgeous piece of living decor, but we have a few helpful tips on the setup and maintenance for this wreath. For starters, it’s cheaper to use succulent cuttings, rather than full on potted succulents, (it’s even cheaper if you already have succulents that you can snip off of). When using cuttings, make sure to let the ends dry a little bit, (we recommend a day or two) before placing them in the wet moss wreath. See how it all comes together right here!

Vintage Planters

How cute are these little planters? I love everything about them, from the vintage vibe to the book pages! This technique is so good to know for other crafts too – all we did was a layer of white chalk paint, a layer of Mod Podge, scrapbook paper, more Mod Podge, and then rubbed antique wax all over. The finishing touch was to gently sand the edges of scrapbook paper and sand in a few strategic places to get the distressed look. I’ll admit, I had my doubts that this would turn out, but as you can see they are pretty perfect! Get the full instructions here!

Moss Board Art

Moss art helps bring a little of the outdoors into your home or workspace, and with just a few supplies and a little bit of time, we were able to create a natural space that not only looks cool, but for way less money than buying something online, or attempting a much bigger DIY project. Check out our video on how to create your own moss board. It’s really quite simple and can be customized to suit your own artistic flare.
