These Are The Absolute PERFECT Gift For Every Member Of The Family!

It’s the perfect craft to do with the kids on a lazy Saturday: pop in a movie or two, and help the kids make the grandparents a craft they will never forget!

This project was so simple, and I absolutely love the end result. The key to making these photo coasters is time – and making sure each layer of Mod Podge dries completely before applying another one. It’s the perfect craft to do with the kids on a lazy Saturday: pop in a movie or two, and help the kids make grandma and grandpa a fun set of coasters they can show off to all of their friends! Let’s face it, they’ve got a lot to brag about.

Supplies:

– Ceramic tiles

– 4×6 photos

– Foam brushes

– Mod podge

– High gloss coating spray

– Craft paint in white

– Hot glue gun / glue

Directions:

Paint the rough, unfinished side of the coasters.

Trim the photo to fit the tile.

Apply Mod Podge to the back of the photo, and attach to the tile. Allow this to dry completely.

Once dry, apply a layer of Mod Podge over the photo. Again, let this dry completely.

Apply two more layers, letting each one dry.

Cover work area, and apply a few layers of the coating spray to seal project.

Once everything is dry, turn the tile over attach a felt backing with a hot glue gun.
