DIY Jewelry Stand

All it takes to make this is 1 plate, 2 saucers, and 2 candlestick holders (and some heavy duty adhesive or epoxy). We love how the plates are similar, but not matching. Perfect shabby chic look with just a few dollars worth of thrift store finds.

Lace Wreath

An embroidery hoop, some dried or artificial flowers, and some trims and yarn is all it takes to make this. Keep your eye out at thrift stores and garage sales for yardage of vintage lace if you don’t have any on hand. What’s so special about the one below is the combination of colors. It’s simply stunning! Of course you could do all white or cream for a muted effect as well.

Bathroom Accessories

Thesemason jar bathroom accessories are perfectly customizable to your decor. The toothbrush holder has a wire insert meant for flower arranging and the soap dispenser has a converted lid. Otherwise they are just painted and then sanded for a rustic ceramic look and then covered with some clear coat for durability.

Wall Vases

If you’ve got some Mason jars, hooks, twine, and scrap wood around then you can make this project! We also love the idea of using these to house tealights- lighting a path down the hallway!
